Funoon Al-Rafidain General Contracting & Trading Co. Ltd., in consortium, was awarded a construction contract by the Iraqi Ministry of Defense for the Salah Al-Din Training Center Construction Project. The project includes the establishment and execution of a complete training center facility in accordance with the approved technical specifications, bills of quantities, drawings, contractual documents, and governmental contracting instructions. The scope covers construction works, supply of required materials and equipment, site execution, inspection and acceptance procedures, safety compliance, project documentation, and final handover. The total contract value is IQD 50,113,905,750, with an implementation period of 660 calendar days from the official site handover date. The contract also includes maintenance and warranty obligations, performance guarantees, delay penalty provisions, quality control requirements, and compliance with applicable Iraqi laws and regulations. This project reflects the company's capability to execute large-scale governmental infrastructure projects with a strong commitment to quality, safety, schedule control, and contractual compliance.
