The only third party this website can contact is CARTO, which supplies the map tiles on our contact page. When you open the contact page the map loads with it, and to deliver its tiles your IP address is shared with CARTO. This is the only such disclosure the site makes, and our office addresses are also shown as plain text, so the map is never the only way to reach us. CARTO receives nothing you type into the contact form.

6. Data security & retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Enquiries submitted through this website are processed on our own server and delivered to us by email — not through a third-party form provider — and are handled only by authorised staff.

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it to answer you and to maintain the related business, contract and tender records, and we delete it once it is no longer required. Where a longer period is required by law, or where your enquiry becomes part of a live contract or tender record, that information is retained under our normal business records policy.
