Al-Hay Courthouse

Funoon Al-Rafidain General Contracting & Trading Co. Ltd. was awarded a contract by the Supreme Judicial Council of Iraq for the Construction of the Courthouse in Al-Hay, under the Presidency of Wasit Court of Appeal. The project includes the construction and completion of a courthouse facility in accordance with the approved contract documents, technical specifications, bills of quantities, drawings, and governmental contracting requirements. The scope covers civil works, architectural works, electrical and sanitary installations, finishing works, safety compliance, quality control, testing, site supervision coordination, progress reporting, and final handover. The total contract value is IQD 3,969,059,000, with an implementation period of 30 months / 910 days from the commencement date after official site handover. The contract also includes performance guarantee, maintenance and warranty obligations, delay penalty provisions, health and safety requirements, and compliance with applicable Iraqi laws and government contract regulations.
