Funoon Al-Rafidain General Contracting & Trading Co. Ltd. was awarded a contract by the Supreme Judicial Council of Iraq for the Construction of the Courthouse in Al-Suwaira, under the Presidency of Wasit Court of Appeal. The project includes the construction and completion of a courthouse facility in accordance with the approved contract documents, technical specifications, bills of quantities, and official governmental requirements. The scope covers civil, architectural, electrical, sanitary, finishing, safety, quality control, site management, testing, documentation, and final handover works. The total contract value is IQD 4,203,571,000, with an implementation period of 30 months / 910 days from the commencement date after official site handover. The contract includes performance guarantee, maintenance period, delay penalties, safety obligations, and compliance with Iraqi governmental contracting regulations.
